Terms of Service for PinTagGo

Welcome to PinTagGo (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PinTagGo mobile application (the “App”). By using PinTagGo, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use PinTagGo.

By using the App, you represent that:

  • You are at least 13 years of age

  • You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms

2. Description of Service

PinTagGo allows users to:

  • Save and organize locations (“pins”)

  • Add notes and details to saved locations

  • Share locations with others via the App or external links

  • Connect with friends and view shared content

PinTagGo is not a navigation service and does not provide directions.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account

  • All activity that occurs under your account

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

PinTagGo may offer paid features through in-app purchases.

  • Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

  • Subscription pricing and features will be presented within the App

  • Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled through your app store account settings

  • You are responsible for managing and canceling your subscriptions through your app store provider

All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the policies of the App Store or Play Store provider.

5. User Content

You may upload or create content, including:

  • Profile photos

  • Saved locations

  • Notes and descriptions

  • Shared links

You retain ownership of your content.

However, by using the App, you grant PinTagGo a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

  • Store, display, and process your content solely to operate and improve the App

6. Content Moderation

We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to review, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate, harmful, or unlawful.

7. Sharing & Visibility

You understand that:

  • Content you share with others or via links may be viewed by those recipients

  • You are responsible for what you choose to share

We are not responsible for how others use content you share.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes

  • Share content that is abusive, harmful, defamatory, or inappropriate

  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems

  • Upload content that violates the rights of others

9. Location Data Disclaimer

PinTagGo allows you to save and share location data.

By using these features:

  • You acknowledge that sharing location information may reveal sensitive personal details

  • You assume all risks associated with sharing your location data

10. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party services such as:

  • Google Maps

  • Firebase

  • Amazon Web Services

These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting your account.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no guarantees that:

  • The App will always be available or error-free

  • The App will meet your expectations

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PinTagGo shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data or content

  • Issues arising from shared location data

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PinTagGo and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of:

  • Your use of the App

  • Your content

  • Your violation of these Terms

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
